Baby Poop Cookies

2 c Sugar
3/4 c Butter
6 oz Evaporated milk
1 pk Instant Pistachio pudding
3 1/2 c Quick-cooking oats

In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring mixture to rolling boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats; mix thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes; drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper lined tray
